To be eligible, merchandise must be unused, unworn when applicable, and returned in its original condition with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase.

Online Returns by Mail
Before sending a return, please contact Fontana Home at info@fontana-home.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@fontana-home.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Upon review and approval we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all other approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timing
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Because many Fontana Home items are limited or one of a kind, the same item may not be available as a replacement.
Order Cancellations
