Fontana Home wants you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains return, exchange, refund and damaged-order guidelines for eligible purchases.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for in-store purchases or delivery for online orders.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, merchandise must be unused, unworn when applicable, and returned in its original condition with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase.

Online Returns by Mail
Before mailing a return, contact Fontana Home at info@fontana-home.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If the return is approved, our team will provide return instructions.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item, return shipping is Fontana Home, W4242 South Lakeshore Drive, Lake Geneva, WI 53147. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Returns In Store
Eligible online purchases may be returned or exchanged at the Fontana Home boutique. Bring your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Refund Timing
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Because many Fontana Home items are limited or one of a kind, the same item may not be available as a replacement.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@fontana-home.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an online order. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped.
