In this five-sense experience, you’ll dive deep into the world of fresh, fragrant herbs, learning how to incorporate their myriad health benefits and medicinal qualities into your springtime culinary creations.
Enjoy a full meal tasting of herb inspired spring appetizers, breads, soups, salads, and main dishes while sipping herb infused mocktails and cocktails.
Throughout the session, JoAnne will guide you in understanding the powerful health benefits these spring-time herbs offer, inspiring you to integrate them seamlessly into your daily meals. In addition, she will explain seasonal eating and how impactful it is to our health and vitality. She will also review the multiple ways herbs can be used beyond cooking.
