Join us on Wednesday, June 11th, 4pm – 7pm for a Big Green Egg Demonstration. This demo is designed for people who are considering purchasing or already own a Big Green Egg. Our regional expert will be on hand to discuss the uniqueness & versatility of the BGE. Various dishes will be prepared by the experts with the help from the participants and BONUS, we will have a celebrity chef on hand too! Steve Jackson was the Executive Chef for the Chicago Bulls for 13 years and had appeared on several national cooking shows. He’s a fun guy who is also a big fan of cooking on the BGE.
